Delivery Frequently Asked Questions:

How much is delivery?

• Standard delivery (Royal Mail first class) is available in the UK for £3.95, or free on orders over £50.00. 
• Priority delivery (UPS Standard Service) is available for £6.95 on all orders.

When will my item be dispatched?

• All products are made to order, we will aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible within five working days unless otherwise stated. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. We ship Monday - Saturday through Royal Mail and Monday - Friday through UPS.

Do you offer international delivery?

• We offer international delivery at cost price based on weight to your specific area. International standard shipping includes tracking which will be e-mailed to you on dispatch.
• Shipping to mainland USA and Australia will be automatically calculated at check out. If your parcel weighs more than 2kg, you will be asked to contact us directly to arrange a shipping quote as we will send via courier. We will arrange this for you via e-mail.
• For other countries, please get in touch using the ‘Contact Us’ page with the products you are looking for and your address and we can get you an exact quote for shipping.
• Standard international delivery times are 8 - 10 working days, though expedited options are also available by contacting us. 

Where is my order?

• Please check your dispatch email for a reference number which you can use to check the status of your order with Royal Mail or UPS.
